Refunds & Cancellation Policies

For workshops and classes (unless otherwise noted):
I understand that life may bring unexpected surprises, and sometimes people must cancel their class or workshop. Please help me continue to offer a variety of courses at Santosa Healing Arts Studio by reading and adhering to the policies below.

TRANSFER POLICY
If a student chooses to transfer to another course, the transfer policies are as follows.

> >  You must contact Kim Campbell at Santosa to make arrangements for a transfer.
> >  Courses can only be transferred to those offered at Santosa Healing Arts Studio unless otherwise noted.
> >  In the event there is a price discrepancy, the difference must be paid at the time of transfer.
> >  Space must be available in the course to which the student wishes to transfer.
> >  The transfer is completed no less than 7 days prior to the start of the initially scheduled course.

REFUND POLICY
Because transferring isn’t always an option, the refund policies are as follows.

> > Requests for withdrawals and refunds must be sent to Kim Campbell at Santosa.
> > For withdrawals received prior to 30 days before the first day of the course, students will receive a full refund of tuition minus a 3% processing fee.
> > For withdrawals received after 30 days but no later than 7 days prior to the first day of the course, students will receive a 75% refund of tuition.
> > Requests to withdraw from a course less than 7 days prior to the first class session will not be eligible for tuition refunds.
> > There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a course begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Courses are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 24 hours before the class starts. If the course is cancelled, the student will receive a 100% refund.

For courses cancelled due to inclement weather, the student will receive a 100% refund.
